About Bryce Brewer

After graduating from Oak Grove School in 2018, I decided to attend Ventura College where I received a 4.0 GPA and got my Associates in Geography after discovering my passion for learning about the environment and how to preserve it. After I graduated from VC in 2020, I applied to various schools and got into UCLA. As someone who never really enjoyed math/science in high school, I found that I throughly enjoyed writing and production assistance within the world of Film & Television. Taking the classes I did as a Bruin really helped ignite these passions as well. In regards to my Associates in Geography, I volunteered with a club entitled CALPIRG at UCLA that works to make the world a better place (food for the homless, encouraging voter registration, cleaning the seas, and so on) through pledge drives, volunteer work, etc. I hope to and am working to entwine my love of the environment and in writing in my career path. I am currently taking a break from school due to COVID and am working at the Ojai Valley Inn to save money to complete my education. I have about 50 units remaining at UCLA before I get my B.A. in English and am planning on minoring in Film And Television. I currently have a 3.679 GPA and will shoot for higher once I return to school.
