The flow of food is fascinating! The process of going from the farm to the fork is one that takes a lot of work, planning, and resources. I have been working in the food service industry most of my life, and I am passionate about delivering high quality foods to those that are around me near and far. I have several years experience as an Executive Chef. This adventure has given me the opportunity to turn a raw product into something ready for the consumer. As a chef, I focused on customer service to all external and internal customers. I am a passionate leader that believes in hard work. I am currently in a role that allows me to deal with food in its raw stage. As a procurement/supply chain professional, I work hard to source raw materials for our customers around the world. In doing this, I am able to continue to help connect countless people to the food I love.
