With over twenty years of experience in the beverage industry, I am a passionate and creative professional who strives to deliver exceptional customer service, quality, and innovation. As the Beverage Director at Eat Good Group, I manage the beverage program for seven diverse and successful restaurants, a brewery, and a catering company. I enjoy collaborating with the chefs, owners, and managers to design cocktails that match the flavors and themes of each menu, and to train the staff on the latest craft cocktail trends and techniques. I also oversee the financial and operational aspects of the beverage program, ensuring cost-effective ordering, inventory, and pars. My mission is to create memorable and satisfying experiences for our guests, while supporting the growth and profitability of our business. Prior to joining Eat Good Group, I was the Bar Manager at Bosscat Kitchen+Libations, where I supervised the beverage operations for three venues. I was responsible for creating all the cocktails, managing the beer and wine menus, and developing the beverage education programs for the front-of-house staff. I also met and exceeded all the financial goals, achieving a low pour cost and increasing beverage sales by 20% in one year. I leveraged my skills in sales, customer service, and management to build strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and customers, and to foster a positive and productive team culture.
