About Bryce Glover

Both of my previous jobs have given me customer service, organizational, and workforce skills that are needed to do any job well. During my time at both Carter’s and Planet Fitness I worked with dozens, if not hundreds, of people every shift. Customers questions and concerns had to be dealt with promptly and in a professional manner. At Planet Fitness it is my responsibility to deal with customers billing and profile information. This has taught me the importance of respecting people’s private information while also gathering all the information needed for the company I am working for. Dealing with people’s personal information can be difficult because of all the information that is stolen from companies every year, so I have been educated in dealing with billing and addresses when it is at risk. As a finance major, my goal is to get a job in that field. Eventually, I hope to open my own financial advising firm where I will help people manage their financial lives and try to help improve their lives in general. I want my firm to help as many people as possible in the East Tennessee area and beyond.
