About Bryce Goodin

I’m a dedicated HSE Engineer at Continental Resources, where I focus on air permitting, emissions calculations, and facility modeling to ensure compliance with state and federal environmental regulations. Using Promax, AI, and data-driven workflows, I lead emissions inventory improvement projects and apply Lean Six Sigma principles to streamline processes, enhance accuracy, and support safe, environmentally compliant operations across all of CLR’s Bakken assets. Before joining Continental, I earned my Mechanical Engineering degree from The University of Oklahoma and built a foundation in CAD modeling, programming, fabrication, and environmental systems design. My experience includes developing sustainable engineering solutions for the energy industry and native american communities, as well as holding a leadership position at the OU Fabrication Lab, where I mentored, directed, and led staff through customer relations, fabrication tools, and hands-on engineering projects.
