As a full-time social worker, I am committed to fostering mental health and well-being within our diverse community. With a focus on a solution-focused approach, I strive to create a supportive environment where individuals can explore their challenges and work towards meaningful change. I believe in the power of empathy and active listening, and I am dedicated to empowering my clients to overcome obstacles and achieve their personal goals. My experience has allowed me to work with individuals from various backgrounds, addressing a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions etc. In addition to my clinical work, I am passionate about community outreach and education. I actively facilitate groups utilizing Lego Serious Play to promote innovation and creativity.
