Implemented correction updates of FW/SW & HW to eliminate reported issues on products. Reduce cost associated with testing and rework. Logistics Manager: Manage and provided Logistics for sales orders and ensured proper domestic shipping, international shipping including all customs related activities, follow through for rapid delivery to customers. Responsible for inventory counts & warehousing of our products. Create RMA procedures for distribution, retail and consumer level sales & make reports on returns. Sales: Created new sales accounts and worked them while doing my other tasks with Waxess. Was highest producing sales person many months. Misc Responsibilities: RMA shipments as necessary, repaired units when possible. Wrote Owners Manuals & Quick Reference Guides for consumers. Maintained sales clientele resulting in additional sales. Beta research, tested multiple new products, work closely with engineers, sales/marketing for solutions to issues found during testing. Trade Show Manager: Facilitated all aspects of display, hotel, shipping of product & set up. Also worked the floor, to be present for my customer and potentials. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
