As the Channel Operations Lead at One New Zealand, I oversaw the quality assurance processes and standards for the company's products and services, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes.I also have a passion for mentoring, training, and people management, which I demonstrated in my previous position as Quality Assurance Lead at One New Zealand, where I managed a range of teams including Quality Assurance Specialists, IT access Lifecycle management experts, Internal contact centre support agents and provisioning support for channel partners.
