Bryce Nations is a Partner in Frazier & Deeter’s Tax Practice, specializing in complex tax returns and client tax compliance for federal, international and multi-state tax engagements. He excels in structuring and executing multi-state, tax-deferred real estate exchanges, handling multi-state tax compliance, real estate debt workouts, inbound investment in U.S. real estate and timber and tax planning for various taxpayer transactions. Bryce's expertise lies in serving high net-worth individuals, flow-through entity structures, foreign institutional investors and closely held businesses. With a focus on real estate and timber investment companies, Bryce's clients include some of the largest in the country. He actively contributes to FD's Real Estate Group and the Closely Held Businesses Group, leveraging his industry experience in investment funds, timber, REITs, technology, professional services and real estate. In addition to his client service role, Bryce takes charge of training and supervising associates on tax engagements.
