About Bryce Thomassin

Passionate Construction Project Manager, Educator, and Rugby Enthusiast I’m a dedicated Construction Project Manager with a passion for building both structures and minds. By day, I’m busy overseeing construction projects and ensuring smooth progress from plans to reality. At night I don my teacher’s hat to empower those interested in construction. ‍ With over 13 years in the construction industry, I bring a wealth of knowledge, expertise and most importantly passion to every project I undertake. From managing budgets and timelines to coordinating and leading teams, I thrive in the fast-paced ever-evolving world of construction. As a leader I foster strong relationships with my teams, clients, contractors, and colleagues. I try to bring a positive proactive and solutions-oriented approach to every project. ‍ As a part-time college teacher, I share my passion for construction with eager learners, bridging the gap between theory and practice using my practical experience. Whether its through college courses or mentoring staff on my construction projects, I enjoy teaching those around me while continuing to learn myself. I have a thirst for knowledge and am always trying to learn about new construction technologies or techniques to streamline processes and reduce inefficiencies. My passion for leadership doesn’t stop at the construction site! As a part-time rugby coach, I’m dedicated to instilling the values of teamwork, discipline and resilience in my teams. Leading a club of over 80 players, I’ve learned valuable personnel management skills. I am committed to helping my teams reach their potential both on the rugby field and at the construction site. Together, let’s build not only structures but also bright futures!
