About Bryce Uhing

In everything that I do I am passionate to make an impact on people. I always find myself striving to better the relationships that I have formed by being clear and concise when I am either describing a situation or trying to find a solution. According to Gallup's Strengths Finder Assessment, my top five strengths are Restorative, Futuristic, Relator, Activator, and WOO. My Restorative strength helps me to find an answer to a problem no matter what that may be. On a daily basis I find myself helping my peers seek out services that will benefit them with whatever they may be doing. The Futuristic strength helps me see the bigger picture. I tend not to get caught up in what is happening now, because I realize what the final result will be. Having the Relator strength benefits me in so many ways. I constantly find myself talking to people, and listening to their experiences and problems and relate it to a time where I went through something similar. Being an Activator really ties in with my problem solving skills. I like to come up with a solution as efficiently as possible. I try to get everyone involved so that we can accomplish our goal in a timely manner. I believe that my WOO strength is my most beneficial of all. I am able to overcome those awkward first conversations and get into what needs to be talked about. I really am overcome with joy when I have the opportunity to meet new people and make new lasting relationships with people that may help make my life easier.
