As a portfolio manager at Fraser Health Authority, I lead the Clinical Solution Advancement portfolio, supporting the implementation of MEDITECH Expanse, an integrated electronic health record system. With years of experience in both health informatics and clinical business areas, I have a strong background in project management, change management, and technology leadership, holding PMP and Leadership certifications. I am passionate about innovating and improving health care delivery and outcomes through the use of technology and data.
