About Bryce Way

With over 12 years in retail, and 6 in telecommunications, I've found my passion in driving a customer first culture. My roots are in small town local business and they only grew stronger through solution based sales. My area of expertise lies in bridging customer needs with the tools I have available to find a trust and needs based solution that benefits all parties involved. I have always maintained a self-imposed discipline of leading by example. Every day I work to instill my own best practices into the teams I lead, while remaining open to learning to perform better myself. I enjoy friendly competition and always want my peers to succeed alongside me. I take great pride in myself on my dependability, cooperative and collaborative abilities, and still exceeding my own personal performance. Building long term relationships are quite important to me. I don't believe a sale stops when the product is sold. It is the beginning of a long lasting relationship to ensure their needs continue to be met. At a personal level I currently live in Calgary, AB and have greatly enjoyed the 4 years I have been here so far. Outside of work you'll catch me sneaking in a quick 9 holes, experimenting with up new BBQ recipe, or getting a workout in at the gym.
