About Bryce Wolfenden

Having worked in retail my whole my career, I have a gained a vast amount of experience in the retail management world. I love developing and motivating people to be the best they can be. I inspire my team and myself to be better than I was yesterday. Encourage colleagues to learn something new and teach someone something new and drive that mentality. I love colleague, department, and vendor engagement and base my leadership style on the engagement of my colleagues and my management teams to motivate them to provide results on a daily basis. I have an Insights Discovery Accreditation I lead by example through great communication, training and development of my teams and colleagues, highly motivated and efficient, and acting fair and trustworthy. I have gained lots of experience while operating in retail sales and training and development. While in those roles I have also been able to partner internally to learn a great deal about supply chain and logistics. I have consistently exceeded targets every year within my departments and stores and in doing so developed / stretched and driven people to their own successes. I feel I have very transferable skills and knowledge and I am a very ambitious person that wants to go to the very top
