About Brycen Papp

Over my time at Metex, I have witnessed its growth and success. Seeing my work on the back-end help the company and my co-workers in streamlining processes and increasing overall efficiency. The accounting side is more about small, day-to-day factors that bring me joy and encourage me to identify and fix any potential issues before they arise. It is my responsibility to ensure the systems and procedures are running smoothly. My strongest assets are my time management, problem solving, and analysis, as well as my ability to quickly learn and understand the inner workings of all departments to be able to properly identify where an error may occur. As a CPA candidate, I am continuously learning new skills and better refining them in order to practically implement them. I previously helped implement new inventory and accounting software, as well as migrate and reconcile relevant data to ensure a smooth transition from our old software. Day to day, I work with payments and invoicing, and strive to address all of our customers’ needs in a timely manner—whether breaking down an item or the charges on their credit cards. Beyond work, I’m an avid football and New England Patriots fan in particular, and enjoy Fantasy Football, watching games, and playing Madden. I am also dedicated to my health and fitness and enjoy being active, playing golf, disc golf, and basketball with friends and family, as well as powerlifting. During COVID lockdowns, I have been focused on learning Photoshop and coding.
