About Brydon Jackson

Bringing concepts into reality has become a giant passion of mine! As a designer I don't think there isn't any bigger high professionally. Following the process completely from the first research steps to discover needs, ideation sessions, prototypes and testing and finally concept creation. This was something I never would have dreamed of in my finance career and I am so glad to have made the metaphoric leap into Design! Since graduating from the University of South Australia I have been blessed to go straight into the field, developing a great understanding of the real world constraints of business and how this can impact a design. I love and hate the problem solving that these real world scenarios place on the creative process often finding solutions that simply hadn't been considered before hand. Working in industry has helped to develop my learning in problem solving, design thinking & design process, sustainable design & the circular economy, design for manufacture, human centered design, 3D Cad modeling (Solidworks), sheet metal production process, sketching and prototyping, understanding standards and managing client relationships. I look forward to the exciting opportunities a career in Design will afford me in the future!
