About Bryn George

I am an accomplished communications professional with a large portfolio of experience within Internal Communications & Engagement and Publicity. I currently work for the BBC's Corporate Internal Communications team based at BBC Birmingham, business partnering the Chief Customer Officer division, providing advice, insight and communications support to the group director who is also part of the BBC Executive Committee. I have also recently been business partnering the BBC's Safety, Security & Resilience team. This involves me planning and implementing the BBC’s Internal Communications response to crisis incidents, maintaining business continuity and ensuring the safety of our employees. This part of my job has required me to work with a number of senior leaders at the BBC to formulate robust Internal Communications plans for a number of high-level possibilities that could impact staff at the BBC. I also have direct management responsibilities within the BBC Corporate Internal Communications team where I work across a number of employee communication channels, with a specific focus on ensuring our content meets the highest standards of quality control.
