About Bryn Weiler

I am a highly organized and detail-minded systems thinker with a background in non-profit arts administration. With experience in project management, hiring and contracting, office administration, and non-profit budget and financial management, I excel at building fruitful working relationships with clients and artists. Most recently I was a member of the Operations department of The Huntington's South End home for new plays, world-class productions, and fringe companies alike, the Calderwood Pavilion at the Boston Center for the Arts. I managed office operations, accounting, and scheduling for the Pavilion's theatres and rehearsal spaces which host local companies such as SpeakEasy Stage and Moonbox Productions. I have worked in the production offices of Tony Award-winning theatres such as Actors Theatre of Louisville, New York Stage and Film/ Powerhouse Theater, and the Eugene O'Neill Theater Center. Some of my favorite projects have been Nicole Clark is Having a Baby, written and directed by Morgan Gould for the 2020 Humana Festival of New American Plays, a story about the intergenerational cycles of dieting and body dysmoprhia, and a workshop of Annie Salem: An American Tale by Rachel Chavkin and Heather Christian, a musical about aliens and capitalism in the post-industrial Midwest. I hold a B.A. with Highest Honors in Theater from Oberlin College, where I also completed a major in French and a minor Gender Studies. At Oberlin I was a Stage and Production Manager for many shows, as well as a Scenic Artist and Box Office Manager. When not in the theatre, I could be found making my famous chocolate granola at Keep Cooperative or hosting Tablework, a weekly theatre-focused talk show on community radio. I grew up in the Boston area and after several years in the Midwest am happy to be back living in Camberville. I enjoy seeing live music, seeking out vegan treats around town, doing yoga, and spending time outside.
