About Brynn Hardy

I am an editing and publishing undergrad at Brigham Young University. I currently balance three jobs: I am a writing tutor in BYU's Research and Writing Center; I am a teaching assistant for a BYU business communication class; and I am the customer service manager at Brooks Pest Control. I also volunteer as the editing team lead for the BYU Marriott School of Business' student journal. I love to write, and I use that passion to connect with others. I work often in teams and enjoy the opportunity to learn from my peers. I have learned the importance of being a fair leader and lending a hand to those around me when needed. I'm a strong proponent of transparency and strive to lead teams in accordance with this value. I handle stressful situations by getting organized and taking assignments piece-by-piece. I've adapted well to each work environment I've been in and quickly learn ways to be the most efficient in my jobs. I am goal driven and a lover of to-do lists. I'm definitely a people person, and I find that I'm attracted to jobs that I can apply that trait. I'm a proficient Microsoft Word user and am very familiar with Google Suite. I value learning and desire to be a reliable teammate, a courteous leader, and an efficient employee in all circumstances.
