About Brynn Holohan

During my time playing lacrosse, I learned the importance of hard work and resilience. If there is something you truly want in life, you have to stay consistent in these two areas and have to be willing to put in an extraordinary amount of effort to achieve success. Because of my upbringing and who I am as an individual, I also refused to compromise integrity and selflessness as a teammate. While achieving success on the field was of utmost importance, I wanted to achieve my goals the right way by not cutting corners or compromising my internal values and ethics. Throughout my life, I have encountered change and uncomfortability, but it has only helped shape me as an individual. In my heart, I know that I am going to be tested by going through adversity and that we are going to be placed in different situations and circumstances as we continue to grow. Change is inevitable, but how we deal with and approach change helps us learn and continue to develop. Because of my past experiences as a student-athlete, I am passionate about growth, whether it is for myself or those around me. I truly feel I am at my best when I am able to be positively impact the environment in which I am placed. As a sales professional, it is now easy for me to take the experiences and values that are instilled in me to make meaningful connections with others everyday, and to bring value to the organization in a number of ways. I believe success is best when it is shared, and embodying this perspective has led me to continually challenge myself to impact others around me. Every day I strive to be a positive influence and leader to those around me, while also continuing to use my strong mindset and unique skillsets to grow personally and professionally.
