I am a graduate of the University of Utah with a degree in Psychology. I have a proven ability to manage multiple tasks while simultaneously delivering excellent customer service. I have always been a hard worker and I demonstrated these abilities as I put myself through school while working full-time. I am a team player, and I am known as an excellent communicator. As you can see from my work history, I have extensive experience interacting with customers on the phone, by email, and on other online platforms. I am incredibly well organized and outgoing, and I have the ability to maintain my composure during challenging situations. My strengths include strong communication skills, problem-solving, adaptability, strategic thinking, and customer service. CUSTOMER SERVICE Delivering excellent customer is always key to being a top performer. Each of my jobs has provided me with opportunities to develop active listening skills and to use my knowledge and creativity to communicate professionally with customers and find solutions to their problems. I understand how important it is to make good first impressions and to establish positive relationships between customers and your business. PROJECT MANAGEMENT I thrive in an environment where I am given goals and objectives and my performance is evaluated based on achieving them. I honed my time management skills over the past four years while juggling full-time work and school schedules. I have learned how to work under tight deadlines and in pressure-filled situations. I am also an avid note taker, which helps me to pay attention to detail and stay organized. COMMUNICATION Communicating with customers is one of my strongest attributes. I have been the face of the company and the first person with whom customers interact in each of my roles. I am a confident, articulate, professional communicator and welcome the opportunity to use these skills to clearly communicate with Truework clients. WORK ETHIC I understand the importance of being a dependable employee and co-worker. My roles with Granger Medical and Leavitt Partners required me to be on time every day as I was expected to open and close our offices. I am motivated to grow in my role, and I enjoy learning new skills. I am also highly adaptable and understand the importance of being flexible and wiling to change as businesses evolve.
