About Brynn Meredith

As a recent graduate with dual Bachelor's degrees in Environmental Studies and Communication Studies, I am passionate about combining my knowledge of environmental issues with strong communication skills to create meaningful change. My academic journey has deepened my understanding of environmental challenges and I am passionate about the role that effective communication plays in ensuring the accomplishment of goals in any sector, but especially the environmental one. I am excited to take the next step in my career by pursuing a law degree, with a focus on environmental law, policy, and advocacy. I am particularly interested in working at the intersection of law, public policy, and environmental justice, advocating for communities and ecosystems affected by environmental degradation. In particular, I feel strongly about the importance of advocating for environmental justice for communities that are harmed by the effects of environmental racism. Throughout my studies, I've developed strong research, analytical, and writing abilities, a deep commitment to sustainability and social justice, and a firm belief in the power of effective communication. I believe that law has the power to drive positive change, and I am eager to leverage my unique skill set to make a difference in the field of environmental law. In my past job experience, I have had the incredible opportunity to write and publish research that focuses on connecting communities with scientific research that will benefit them and allow them to become more self-sufficient. I’m looking forward to connecting with like-minded professionals and exploring opportunities that allow me to continue my growth and contribute to a more sustainable future.
