I'm a former senior military leader with over 15 years of high-level leadership experience, and leadership is still at the core of everything I do, no matter the position or title. I've guided teams through high-stress environments, critical missions, and crisis situations, always leading with purpose, empathy, and a focus on the people behind the work. I started as one of the top IT techs in my field, but it was clear early on that my strongest value was in leading others. Over the years, I transitioned from hands-on technical work into mentoring and managing cross-functional teams, both in the military and beyond. One of the moments I'm most proud of was helping de-escalate a suicide crisis with a member of my team; a moment where emotional intelligence mattered more than any policy or checklist. My leadership philosophy is simple: take care of people, and they'll take care of the mission, and each other. Whether I'm supporting IT operations or helping teams align around a shared goal, I bring a steady hand, clear communication, and a deep respect for the human side of high performance. I'm currently completing my degree in IT Management and earning key industry certifications to expand my toolkit. I believe in driving results, building trust, and helping people grow, because no matter the title, I show up to lead.
