Responsible for crane downtime, container handling equipment, refrigerated container repair, chassis repair for local chassis pool and M&R Billing department. 2016 Project to replace all power factor units on Paceco cranes. 2015 Updated TMEIC systems on ZPMC cranes, updated all CPU's on Paceco Cranes. 2014 Projects Designed new refrigerated container line at Washington United Terminals which added 372 new reefer plugs. Wrote a sucessful grant application with DOE for same project. Helped W.U.T. and Evergreen find and repair container crane power issues. Performing Electrical Pier design review for Port of Tacoma Terminal 4. Completed Equipment and Maintenance Performance Review for Terminal 6 at the Port of Portland. 2013 Projects P.M. for Hyundai new reefer wash and pre-trip area including new transformer, switchgear and reefer pedistals. Signed 2 year extention for on call structural engineering at Port of Tacoma. Performed area classification study for APM Terminals Tacoma. Performed Electrical Pier design review for Terminal 4 Port of Tacoma. Performed power study and grant writing for W.U.T.in Tacoma. 2012 Projects include: Electrical evaluation of all wharfs at Port of Tacoma,On-call Crane and Strad structural contract with Port of Tacoma, Pier design review team sub consultant, On call contract with APM Terminals. In 2011 completed an electrical review for APMT Tacoma. Completed a recommendation to APMT Tacoma for upgrading to 13.8 kv cranes. Involved in Maritime Industry for 20+ years on container cranes, straddle carriers, refrigerated container outlets, wharf power, ship shore power, power distribution, rail warning systems, and wharf lighting. Specialties: Container crane power analysis at the city meter, Power loads for terminals to include container cranes, RMG's, RTG'S, reefer outlets and lighting. Power Factor correction to facilities. Complete design of electrical system from Utility Substation to terminal. Specifications and project management for all terminal container handling equipment.
