My name is Bryon Nolan. I've spent the majority of my career in a manufacturing setting. I love the feeling of getting involved in opportunities to solve production issues and eliminating the root cause and seeing the smile on the operator's face when they know they will not see that issue again. My 15 years of experience in Quality in manufacturing is comprised of: Experience in measurement from manual gages, to programming and operation of fully automated CMM's and preparing PPAP documentation. As a Six Sigma Blackbelt, I am skilled in root cause analysis and corrective action, process controls, process capability, Gage R&R and Measurement System Analysis, DFMEA, PFMEA, calibration management, and ISO 9001:2015 management and auditing. Volunteered to be a Mentor for the local Youth Apprenticeship Program for 3 years.
