About Bryson Davis

As a developer of people and processes, with strengths in networking and motivation, I’m extremely passionate about encouraging and connecting with people who desire to grow in their leadership (influence). My natural focus on Purpose, Encouragement, and Authenticity help to create greater long-term strength in my working relationships, while offering strong catalysts for personal and organizational growth. My years of training can only be matched by the life-lessons learned in the relational “trenches” of those I’ve loved and served. Growing up with many close friends, a deep love and appreciation for community was established early in my life. Moving into my working relationships (with churches and nonprofits), the constant engagement with team members and those under my care strengthened this ability to develop and motivate others relationally. From leading hundreds of Singles in my 20’s, to leading thousands of group leaders in my 30’s and 40’s, these experiences have made me, in large part, who I am today. My heart’s desire is to utilize these strengths and passions for God’s glory, and follow his leading each day.
