Hi there! My name is Bryson Klyn. I am a recent graduate from Mohawk College where I studied Health Wellness and Fitness. I am currently a Personal Trainer based out of Hamilton, Ontario. When I was 16 years old I really struggled with anxiety and confidence. Additionally, I later was diagnosed with scoliosis and knew it was time to change. Since then, I've almost fixed my scoliosis, built a physique I'm proud of, and drastically increased my quality of life. I now help amateurs and athletes evolve their quality of life using resistance training, nutrition, and positive mindset strategies. My goal is to become 1% better each day while inspiring and motivating others to change their lives like I once did! If I had to describe myself with 3 words I would choose: outgoing, driven, and confident.
