Ultimately, the work we do in the field of technology is centered on our people. Whether it is our own teams or the clients we partner with; people are as unique and ever-changing as technology is! It is in this realization that I found my passion for growing and developing teams of impact players. The successes found from strong, collaborative teams is a driving motivation for the work that I do. I support their efforts through continual learning and project-based tools that allow our team to excel far and beyond the norm. I use these successes to inspire the ideals of continuous improvement and move our teams towards a more effective, efficient, and enjoyable tomorrow. Now what do I bring into the team? Past my drive for developing collaborative and highly-effective teams, you'll find me: cooking innovatative meals for my friends and family, dining at every new restaurant I can find, questing through a D&D campaign to save the world, or planning my next trip to amusement parks across the globe!
