I’ve successfully led teams of support and technical specialists, built and delivered training programs for both customers and staff, and handled high-pressure escalations with patience and poise. My background includes hands-on experience in software troubleshooting, implementation, and integration—skills I’ve used to support and onboard clients while empowering my team to grow.
