With my dedicated Professional practice as a Counseling Psychologist, I bring in a wealth of experience in helping individuals and groups overcome diverse Challenges, empowering them to achieve clarity, balance and emotional well-being. During my 27yrs of working experience I have been able to guide individuals and group across various domains, addressing challenges ranging form behavioral issues to complex interpersonal and emotional struggles. My expertise spans counseling adolescents to adults with the focus to navigate the hurdles of life that arise out of anxieties, trauma and relationship dynamics etc. My journey as a corporate counselor has equipped me to tackle workplace issues, including work - life imbalance, stress management, interpersonal conflicts, work place anger and anxieties. I have had the opportunities to design and deliver impactful interactive group sessions and workshops focused on emotional intelligence, stress management and personal growth. In my role as a Practicing Counseling Psychologist, I specialize mainly in Behavior and relationship issues among adolescents/young adults Pre -marital, Marital and extramarital relationship counseling Fear, Trauma and Grief counseling Depression and anxiety disorder….so on and so forth…. My approach combines, evidence-based strategies and commitment to helping individuals rediscover their inner strength and resilience. Whether working face to face or with groups, my goal is to inspire confidence, clarity and lasting positive change.
