About Bubba B.

With over 9 years of experience in facilities maintenance and management, I have developed a passion for problem-solving and innovation. I have successfully led and implemented facility upgrades, turn management, preventative maintenance, personnel management, and budgeting for 30+ sites across the country as a National Facilities Director at Student Quarters. I have also established national partnerships with leading suppliers and vendors, securing funding, special pricing, and rebates for my organization. Utilizing handheld thermal and aerial assets has been an absolute game changer in helping to identify problems before they become large issues and has helped many properties save money during due diligence by identifying faults. In Jan 2022 in conjunction with my student housing duties, I decided to pursue my own venture as Owner of a drone company, specializing in aerial thermography. I use my drone skills and knowledge to help farmers, inspectors, builders, and search and rescue teams do their jobs better and safer with less effort. I also assist wildland firefighters and turbine workers with aerial inspections and surveillance. I enjoy combining my facilities project management expertise with my drone capabilities to offer unique and valuable solutions to my clients. Using thermal technology I have been able to help farmers better plant crops and helped them use less water by showing where it was pooling. If you would like lessons on how to fly and are in Colorado Springs please reach out to me and we can schedule a time. No cost if you bring your own drone.
