About Buci Chan

I oversee the daily operations at Assas International, the Singapore campus of Université Paris-Panthéon-Assas, France's premier law university. I have been actively involved in the Private Education sector in Singapore since 2008. Our LL.M. in International Business Law offers a unique dual-jurisdiction approach, blending Civil and Common Law principles, tailored for international legal practices. This programme empowers Foreign legal professionals to integrate into the Singapore legal workforce and helps regional lawyers advance their careers by developing new professional opportunities. Law graduates can benefit from a distinct 9-month experience in Singapore before returning to practice law in their home countries. Additionally, French Bar students may participate in the LL.M. as part of their PPI from January to June. Exciting news with the launch of the LL.M. International Construction Contracts on our Singapore campus in 2024! Targeted at lawyers, in-house legal counsels, contract managers and [engineer] professionals in the construction industry with an extensive legal experience, preferably based in within Singapore timezone +/- 4h. This programme may be attended fully online or in-person on campus. Pace 3 days a month, for a year. We also provide Executive Programmes throughout the year and host a Summer School every July.
