Thirty-three years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service and new business development. I have facilitated and closed multi-million dollar gross sales/ leasing transactions over the course of my career valued in excess of I have built and sold a successful commercial real estate brokerage and property management firm from the ground-up. I continue to own and operate a real estate investment company for my own portfolio. My success in marketing and sales derives from building long-term relationships with customers to better understand their needs and goals, using that knowledge to find or create opportunities to help them grow their business. Whether I was selling a $25 radio commercial or a shopping center, I develop, present and implement targeted marketing strategies and materials to create awareness and motivation which successfully drives solution-based sales. Knowledge sets me apart from my competition so I understand the value and use of information. I embrace the use of financial and demographic analysis, data reports, mapping software and historical and future growth trends as valuable tools to uncover competitive, under-served markets and grow new business opportunities. Years of contract negotiations and overcoming objections beforehand has allowed me to close more sales rather than losing one over a point that should have been covered earlier in the sales process. The life blood of any company is new business development which I dedicate considerable time, thought and effort, utilizing existing relationships, add-on sales, networking and cold calling prospective new clients.
