After being in private practice for 36 years in the civil engineering and land surveying business. I decided to work for Skelly and Loy, Inc. My experience is quite extensive. The 6 years prior to my private practice years, I worked in industrial pollution detection for the City of Fort Wayne, Indiana; I followed that with five years with L.B. Smith Industries in their Materials Handling Division (Quarry and Coal processing plant design and sales) I have and still work in both the private and municipal sector relative to land development, which includes site feasibility studies, real estate consulting, zoning analysis, subdivision and land development design and analysis, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, storm water management, erosion and sediment pollution control, NPDES Permitting, DEP/ ACE 404 Joint Permitting, subdivision and land development plan review, subdivision and land development ordinance preparation, site work constructing management and inspection, Contract management and business management. With Skelly and Loy, Inc. I continue with my work in both the public and private sector specializing in land development design services on the private side and Township Engineering on the municipal side. I presently represent Middlesex Township in Cumberland County, PA. I've been their engineer since 1995. Over the years I have represented five other municipalities in Central Pennsylvania in that capacity. Since graduating from college I now have 44 years of experience.
