With over 25 years of experience in sales, marketing, print and digital media, I am a passionate and driven leader who strives to create value for customers, partners, and stakeholders in the sports and fitness industry. I have a strong background in business management, contract negotiation, pricing strategy, and customer retention, as well as a proven track record of achieving revenue goals and strategic growth. As a Hockey Director with the Pittsburgh Penguins Elite, a premier hockey program affiliated with the Pittsburgh Penguins, I oversaw the operations, budgeting, NCAA recruitment and coaching. In my previous role as a General Sales Manager, I managed the operations and sales of two fitness facilities in Wisconsin and Illinois, specializing in sports-specific training for youth and adults. I was responsible for budgeting, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, marketing, and advertising, as well as mentoring and training new employees on training techniques and customer service procedures. I also leveraged my skills in SEO and SEM to optimize the online presence and visibility of the facilities, and to generate leads and conversions. I successfully negotiated contracts with multiple sports associations and secured a large contract with a major league baseball team. I worked with the IMPACT SPEED ZONE team until December 2023, when I decided to pursue new opportunities in the hockey industry.
