I am a certified Mindfulness Trainer and have been practicing Mindfulness meditation for the past 7 years. Additionally, I am a trained counselling psychologist and a certified Emotional Intelligence trainer helping people who suffer from various mental and emotional issues. Before I discovered the Buddhist Path, I worked in the corporate and with a few multinationals. I have also been a faculty at various A++ Business schools. My total work experience has now been 21 years. After I founded my venture, The Urban Monk, I have been conducting online workshops and corporate workshops training people in Mindfulness meditation and breathwork practices with a strong conviction to bring calm and happiness into their stressed lives.
