More than 20 years of experience in the commercial and industrial restoration industry. Areas of expertise include project management, disaster management and recovery, critical path coordination, mold evaluation, quality control, operations and commercial insurance consulting. Experience working with national and international catastrophe management companies specializing in facility and content restoration following fire, flood, and other disaster situations. Conducted seminars on disaster recovery at conventions throughout the country for national and regional organizations, such as PLRB and RIMS. Works with Fortune 500 Companies in developing comprehensive Disaster Recovery Plans which include Damage Assessment protocols, project scope definition, vendor selection and management, and design and build of client owned Emergency Response Vehicles carrying Week 1 supplies and equipment. Consulting and project management experience for a diverse group of industries including power plants, manufacturing facilities, water treatment plants, hotels, hospitals, schools, food processing plants, high-rise office buildings, restaurants and other types of commercial properties throughout the world. Worked actively for seven months with responsibility for securing and overseeing restoration and remediation efforts at multiple commercial buildings following the 9ll disaster in New York City. International experience overseeing large restoration projects including eight months in Israel facilitating the restoration of an electric power plant.
