About Buddy Davis

Mr. Davis brings over 40 years of experience in the federal contracting space, supporting both the Department of Defense (DOD) and the Intelligence Community (IC). Mr. Davis spent over 20 years at Harris Corporation GCSD where he gained valuable experience within multiple disciplines including engineering development, program management, business development, and group management for some of the most demanding communications systems ever developed for DOD and IC. Over the last ten years, Mr. Davis has been instrumental in leading commercial companies, including Marconi and Ericsson, to gain strong footholds within the DOD and IC communities using commercially-developed products to help solve critical missions. Mr. Davis’ hands‐on development experience and successful track record in business development and Federal Sales Management will help Tyto Athene LLC to achieve its growth objectives. Mr. Davis now leads all Business Development activities in helping KaiHonua. LLC transition from a Native Hawaiian Organization Super 8(a) to where it is now a Small Disadvantaged Business competing in open markets head-to-head within the very congested and competitive IT Professional Services market.
