My career has centered on building and scaling practices, leading high-performing teams, and helping organizations achieve growth through both technical excellence and innovation in digital and AI strategy. In my current role as Principal at Ramboll, I have grown and led the Canadian Acoustics & Vibration practice, delivering across sectors including data centers, industrial, energy, mining, transportation, and infrastructure. I have revenue accountability, drive client development, and mentor multidisciplinary teams to ensure technical excellence and sustainable growth. At the same time, I am advancing my expertise in AI strategy and business leadership as an Executive MBA candidate at the Rotman School of Management. I bring together engineering depth, consulting leadership, and a forward-looking view on how AI can transform consulting firms by expanding revenue, improving margins, and creating competitive advantage.
