The day to day of work life at Patagonia’s wetsuit forge can encompass many responsibilities and challenges. From facilitating all of North America’s wetsuit repairs, creating custom surf pieces for ambassadors, tinkering on design and development(both for surf and other sport technical categories), materials exploration, and prototype building. Beyond the walls of the forge responsibilities lie in product training for patagonia inline retail, as well as wholesale plus training for our international third party wetsuit repair operations. Seasonal wetsuit repair tours are also a main focus of community engagement and sustainability.
