I am looking to obtain a full time position with a leading company where I can make an impact and make a difference. My goal is to be an expert in my area of work, with a passion for challenges, innovation, and working with others. My professional work experience has been in the property management industry working as an assistant property manager. My responsibilities in this role include driving sales and generating interest in the community by providing professional tours of luxury apartment homes, amenities, and the surrounding area. I am also responsible for nurturing lasting relationships with tenants, and improving renewal rates for existing leases. In addition to this I also am responsible for collecting, accurately documenting, and depositing rent payments, security deposits, and other rental fees. My past work experience has been in the restaurant industry working as a server and bartender to supplement my income while pursuing my bachelor's degree in business management. Through working in this industry I have developed many skills such as communication, problem solving, and working within a team. These skills are all very important when working in an organization, and they have all translated well to the current property management industry that I work in.
