As IS project manager on the quality domain,i drive the projects,Resources, planning and budget in order to deliver quality product to the Final assembly line (aircraft delivery ). I’m responsible of the budget and IS strategy in my domain (Root cause analysis tool,non conformity management ….) During the five years, I was travelled in airbus world in order to reinforce the trust with Customer & relationship (FAL A320,FAL A350,FAL A330,FAL Tianjin,Fal Alabama, Europe… ) in order to get a better understanding about the need and the add value. IS project manager • Driving the IS part of the project, coordinate functional and technical team, development, testing and deployment of the solution in production system • Manage the activities of IS project based on the project schedule and quality • Responsible of the IS strategy and respect the tool harmonization • Respect the security topic • Budget owner :1.6M€ approximatively • Call for tender: CGI,SOPRA,Capgemini,accenture,SQLI,Infotel… • Manage, motivate and coordinate team on the plateau i created from scratch • Drive the Opportunity study and Tool assessment before launching the project • Validation Requirements (BRD) with business side and translate for development team (SD) • Ensuring the good functioning of process and respect costs, time & quality • Report of Work package at the edn of sprint and finalize the project • Able to give a new management method on the team: GPP waterfall, agile … since 2 years,a part of my job is innovation manager in order to re-organize the Digital IM transformation (Informatics department) and support pilot project with strong add value to go on the industrialisation, harmonization tool and deployment for all airbus program. I work on the 9 trends of digitalization (drone, AR/VR,Big data solution and reporting,data analytics …) in order to be able to define a digital strategy on the projects and give an innovation strategy to my customer.
