About Buket Bilgic

With a background in electrical and electronics engineering, I’ve always been drawn to the systems behind how things work—especially when those systems involve people, language, and technology. 🤖 I currently work on conversational AI at a leading bank, focusing on LLM-powered experiences that aim to make complex interactions feel simple and human. My role sits at the intersection of product thinking, prompt engineering, and dialogue design. I collaborate with technical teams to improve prompt structures, review user conversations to spot gaps or friction points, and help shape better flows and more intuitive experiences. What excites me most is solving practical problems with creative tools—especially in fast-evolving spaces like AI and digital product design. I’m particularly interested in how we can build more adaptive, emotionally intelligent systems that not only understand what users say, but anticipate what they might need next. I care deeply about the details that often go unnoticed—the words users pause on, the intent that’s just beneath the surface, the design patterns that guide a smoother journey. I enjoy working across teams, asking better questions, and turning ambiguity into ideas worth testing. ‍ I’m always exploring new ideas, technologies, and roles that stretch both my creative and strategic thinking—especially at the intersection of innovation, user experience, and intelligent systems.
