Branch Transformation and Performance: At Wema Bank, I played a pivotal role in the successful turnaround of a new branch, achieving a billion-deposit milestone for the first time. I have also exceeded annual profitability targets in just three months at the Ojota Branch, as the Branch Development Manager which earned the Branch a Grade A rating.
