I’m a research and data science professional with over 14 years of hands-on experience in data management, survey design, statistical analysis, and project implementation across diverse sectors, including public health, climate resilience, education and the RMG industry. My expertise lies in leveraging tools like Python, R, Stata, SPSS, Power BI, and Tableau to extract actionable insights from complex data and drive evidence-based decision-making. Throughout my career, I have led multidisciplinary teams, managed large-scale field surveys, and worked with international and national organizations such as Innovations for Poverty Action (IPA), Centre for Policy Dialogue (CPD), BRAC University, and MOMODa Foundation. I am highly skilled in digital data collection platforms (KoboToolbox, SurveyCTO), real-time field monitoring, and end-to-end research execution. Currently, I serve as a Senior Associate at DM WATCH Ltd, where I oversee research projects focused on development, climate, and education evaluation. With a strong foundation in Applied Statistics and Data Science, I’m passionate about using data to solve real-world problems, particularly in underserved communities. Additionally, I have developed an online course titled "Professional KoboToolbox Training Course (Basic to Advanced)," available at This course has been completed by 754 students from 81 different countries.
