About Burak Arslan

With extensive experience across multiple industries, I have successfully managed the full lifecycle of over 20+ software projects—from initial analysis to deployment and documentation. I’ve collaborated closely with stakeholders, conducted user testing, and delivered impactful applications with scalable, modern architectures. My domain expertise includes Streaming, Banking, Fintech, Tourism, Social Media, and Energy. At RoofStacks, I currently lead Android development efforts for the entire GAIN platform ecosystem, including mobile, tablet, TV, and Fire TV applications. I’ve built scalable foundations using Jetpack Compose, Clean Architecture, and a multi-module structure. I’ve supported both junior and senior developers by encouraging knowledge sharing, continuous learning, and a collaborative engineering culture. I also contribute to tech scouting, new tool integrations, and recruitment processes in collaboration with HR. To ensure effective sprint planning and prioritization, I regularly apply the MoSCoW method. My passion lies in building high-performance Android applications, leading with empathy, and delivering user-centered solutions that meet business goals.
