About Burak Ebeoglu

I am a person who puts good ethics and moral rules in the center of his life in human relations, is in search of continuous improvement and development, who can think constructively and positively, who can think analytically, and who has the ability to solve problems. I graduated from Bulgaria/Sofia Technical University, Engineering Faculty, Industrial Engineering Department. After completing my education, I returned to Turkey and started to work as a project engineer at Lava Metal Döküm in Eskişehir. I worked on line balancing, kaizen and method studies. In the following period, I worked as a production engineer in the Enamel department (2015-2016). In line with my career goals, I started at Gençler Kablo as the production manager of the Plug-In Cable department. I worked with approximately 50-60 personnel. During the time I worked, I received Lean Manufacturing trainings under the consultancy of the Turkish Lean Institute. By applying these trainings in the field, I realized studies and projects that would reduce productivity and cost in production. Industry 4.0 I commissioned a fully automatic line from Italy, taking into account the manpower and the order demands within the scope of the 24/7 lightless factory. I carried out the sample study, settlement study and cost analysis during the commissioning process. I am working on cost reduction and project studies as a Process and Process Development Engineer at Konveyör A.Ş. I coordinate Lean Production, 6S, TPM studies. I plan machine projects and automation related to the labor and time savings required for line installation and manufacturing.
