About Burak Solak

Burak is an Associate Solicitor at ARAG Law (formerly known as DAS Law), specialising in complex commercial and consumer disputes. He handles his own cases, as well as supporting other senior associates. Most of the cases Burak handles are within the intermediate and multi-track arena. He graduated with a First Class Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Kent in 2022, where he gained a solid foundation in legal research, analysis, and writing. He also achieved a ‘Davis, Simmonds. & Donaghey’ prize for the Best Overall Stage 3 Student portraying his strong academic foundation, as well as obtaining a Westlaw Advanced Certification, demonstrating his proficiency in using online legal databases. He has recently passed the SQE1 and SQE2 exams within the first quintile. He is motivated by the challenge and satisfaction of resolving legal issues for all his clients, and strives to deliver high-quality work with attention to detail and excellent communication skills. Not only does he provide advice from the legal perspective, but he also takes into account his clients individual commercial needs and adapts his advice accordingly.
