About Burda Jakub

A senior investment banker with more than 19 years of experience in the field of corporate finance with focus on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and capital market transactions. My advisory activities within M&A deals include primarily project management of transaction teams, negotiation and moderation between contractual parties, coordination and execution of advisory services in the field of market analysis, company valuation, due diligence, feasibility studies, assessment of investment opportunities, and marketing strategy consultancy. My management activities include mainly to motivate, supervise and educate my current colleagues, search talents for the team, take care about overall day-to-day management of M&A department in Roklen, its business development and of course keep relationship to key customers. Graduated as a civil engineer, I am a specialist on construction sector deals (general contractors, sub-contractors, HVAC suppliers, real estate, mining and production of construction materials, etc). I also contributed to projects in the field of machinery, IT, transportation, food industry retail and others.
