I have spent my entire career working with senior citizens in senior living communities. I focus on bringing seniors the best quality of life by providing meaningful activity groups as well as providing a complete exercise program that allows them to stimulate all 5 elements of fitness. I am the creator of the B-Strong Program. The B-Strong program is an exercise program designed for seniors that is supposed to be led by the activity professional in the senior living community. This program educates the activity professional on what to look for while conducting exercise groups while also giving them a guideline to follow for each class. By having a curriculum like this for your residents you can make sure they have the maximum opportunity possible to engage in meaningful exercise groups. By doing this you can give them their best possible chance at their best quality of life!
